Who are affected?
Basically everyone who sell products - and it does no matter how big your webshop is or what you are selling.
Exceptions:
- Human and veterinary medicinal products
- Groceries
- Animal feed
- Living plants and animals
- Animal by-products and derived products
- Plant protection products
- Means of transport
- Aircraft
- Antiques
Every webshop has the obligation to add informations about the product security, who is responsible for that and who can be asked if questions.
