Opencart cloud security for payment methods

Hi,
I am a developer and am using OpenCart for our client's e-commerce store, but we are facing an issue with credit card information being stolen on the checkout page. We are looking for a hosted platform like BigCommerce or Shopify for better checkout security, but these platforms do not allow checkout customization. I just heard about OpenCart Cloud. Do they provide full security for the checkout page and take responsibility for all malicious attacks? If not, please let us know. We are also considering Shopware as well

Instead of switching platforms, why don't you figure out where the breach is? What payment method is your client using on their site? If they are having problems with information being stolen that is entered on their site. Why don't they just switch to like PayPal until you figure it out?
