I get a fair few repeat customers to my website, and some of them use the re-order button in their order history. Problem is, it doesn't pick up on all the options the product has. Order came through today for 22 items, not options listed, contacted the customer and yes he had used the re-order button, but he actually wanted 8 different versions of the same product.

Is there a way to disable re-ordering or just to remove the re-order button? I'm using version 3.0.3.9. Thanks

Yes, you could hide it with CSS, but wouldn't it be better to fix the issue so that options come through correctly?

You could also edit the account / order_info.twig template.

For more about the order option issue see viewtopic.php?t=234534.
