Did you ever get this fixed? I'm experiencing the exact same issue on the same version of opencart and the paypal commerce extension

My friend is also experiencing a very similar issue with the 'PayPal Checkout Integration' (see attachment).
All credentials have been confirmed by PayPal, and they tell me it's down to Opencart (or host) side. What I can't understand though is this was previously working but then the hosting company got bought out and suddenly things stopped working.

Any ideas guys?
