httaccess on multistore installation OC1.5.5.1

Much modded OC1551 Multistore
Our site has been working fine for around 10 years! A recent Direct Admin (cpanel) update broke it. We are currenty having issues with the sub domains not showing.

Only the main domain is accessabile, none of the other sub domain stores show.

It has been suggested that our issue lies with httaccess, its out my expertiese in any case, assistance and a fix is needed please . If this is your thing please get in touch
