Hello,
I'm encountering an issue when trying to update images on my OpenCart websites (versions 3.0.3.8 and 3.0.3.9). If I upload a new image with the same file name to the same category, the website continues to load the old image. The only way to successfully update the image is by uploading it with a different file name or placing it in a different directory.
I've already tried clearing the browser cache, as well as the OpenCart cache, and refreshing modifications, but the issue persists across multiple websites.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
Thank you for your assistance.

Sounds like it could be because of the old image cached by OpenCart. If you look in the directory "image/cache" you will see that there are many image files cached by OpenCart based on the resolution. You could try manually deleting the cached image file.psytanium wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2024 5:15 pmHello,

Things like this are very often a caching issue, hence me writing that classic article

If that's solved it, could you add [SOLVED] to the start of this topic title?
