Opencart 4.0.2.3 order adding multistore not working

When try to add order in the admin and add product from not Default store after click on button Save in the Add Product window The error appears: Warning: Product could not be found!

Also you can not edit orders from another store (not Default) in the admin.
When click on Refresh button products not showing, cart is empty.
This happen if the products that was in the cart is only in second store, not assigned to default store.

Go to Catalog > Products in the admin panel.
Edit the product and verify that it is assigned to the correct store or stores under the "Data" tab.

Make sure that the product is available for the store you are trying to work with.
