Hi,
I have a Journal 2 theme installed on Opencart 3.0.2.0. On both Journal theme and default theme, I cannot get the product options to be visible on the product page. I have tried everything, modified the required/not required, made sure there is stock on each option, disabled/enabled the Subtract Stock option, nothing works. The only thing I get on the product page is the "Available Options" text, with no options listed under it.
I have asked theme developers, Journal2, for help, they are telling me, since the problem exists for both custom theme and default theme, the issue originates from Opencart, not because of the custom theme.
My store address is https://thecosmeticbottle.eu, and s a page with one of the products that does not show options: https://thecosmeticbottle.eu/transparen ... ttle-10-ml
Any help would be more than appreciated!

Try to follow the below video link. If still, you find the issue then try to disable the extensions which you are using on your store

Thanks a lot, I do know how to add options and then assign them to product, this is out of question.
I do have extensions installed, a few of them, about 5.

I have sorted it out, my apologies for wasting your time. It was the way I assigned the option, apparently the type "Select" option and adding images on this type of option does not render a result on the product page. Must be some sort of bug there, as the "Select" type does allow you to assign images to it, but....
I have switched it to "Radio" type, magic at work....

No problem and thanks for the update!

This forum thread is more than 5 years old! In general, OpenCart 3.0.3.x versions don't support option images, for the latter you'd need to use an extension from the OpenCart marketplace.stathis@zorri.gr wrote: ↑Mon Jun 10, 2024 5:25 pmHi there,

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
I switched over options to radio type for the continued support of images without the need of an extension in Opencart 3.0.3.9. This seems to be the best solution without bringing in additional complexity with other extensions.
