can't make SEO urls

Hi everyone! I have a problem with SEO urls.
I turned on SEO urls in admin panel, than i make some changes in htaccess file because it dosent work and after that i finaly have a possibility to make seo urls, but for some reason i cant change url of blog page https://nutrition-me.org/index.php?rout ... blog/blogs and url of contact page https://nutrition-me.org/index.php?rout ... on/contact
I tell you how i change another urls: admin panel -> design -> SEO url, in SEO url i press "add new" than i write query (for example "category_id = 172"), than write keyword (for example "pizza_en") and after saving this when i go to pizza category it has link like https://nutrition-me.org/italy_recepts_ua/pizza_en
Please help me to change link of blog and contact page
