Products and Categories are visible at front end but not at administration panel (4.0.2.3)

Hi,
I have a fresh 4.0.2.3 installation. At the front end everything loos ok but I am not able to modify the products and categories.
If I navigate to Catalog/Categories or Products , both lists are empty, but I can see all the dummy products at the front end.
Can someone help me out here please?

Try clearing your cookies. There is a bug with the language cookie.
