Completely missing modifications page in admin

Version 3.0.3.8
Please let me be clear, there is no modification page at all, it isn't there. Other answers explain how to make extensions work and finish with "go to modifications and refresh". I don't have one (nothing) and the /storage/modification folder is empty. I haven't messed with any server files. Here is the 500 error:

Check your config files to see if the modification folder has been moved

I think your are using this: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=19751 in which case you should open a support ticket with the author dreamvention. Or create an issue on his github repository at: https://github.com/Dreamvention/2_d_opencart_patch
