reCAPTCHA Enterprise JavaScript

We are using Google reCaptcha V2 need to upgrade to reCAPTCHA Enterprise
How do i install? anybody have experience setting this up?
im finding the documentation really confusing. ive set up a project on google cloud dont know where to put the Javascript? which files? header.tpl or on the button page where the reCaptcha box is?

Why not use an invisible CAPTCHA like:
