Website redirects on first load in incognito mode and a malicious php file found

when the website is opened in incognito mode in chrome or in private window in firebox the website loads first and redirects to another website;
On first load the website loads and then it redirects to
https://theprizesenses.life/?u=bt1k60t& ... &m=1&t=999

when you open second time in the same window it does not happen.

on analysis i found a unknown js file is being loaded

Also, i found a malicious php file in the below folder which i deleted
catalog\controller\error
