Cannot delete produst picture

Product edit > images > click on an image > edit > check the image > click on trash > "Are you sure?" > Yes > "Attention: you cannot delete this folder".
Why?!?!

What OC version?
Did it work before?
Are you sure it says "...delete this folder"?
What extensions do you have installed?

Hi,
It was a 1.5.4 and i made an upgrade to 2.3.0.2 about one year ago with a plugin from marketplace (i don't know what plugin anymore). I think sense then i have this bug.

Are your images in a catalog directory in your image directory?

Also check your config.php and admin/config.php.

Yes.

Did check your config.php and admin/config.php? Make sure you are not using any symbolic links.
