Hi
I am wondering how to , if i upload directly to my upload folder outside of opencart, mostly zip files to download. How do i get opencart 3.0.30.8 to see them ?
If i upload using opencart upload feature i find them no problem, but if i upload direct to uploads it doesn't
Any ideas

You should be able to manually add a download and set the filename. Remember to use a secure random filename so it can't be guessed.

I assume you are talking about downloadable product items? Merely uploading the files to your DIR_STORAGE.'download' won't be enough. You also need to have corresponding entries in the database (just the names and masks) in the tables oc_download, oc_download_description, and oc_product_to_download. Hence you should use the OpenCart admin interface for this.
