Patch for Admin Sales Report

This is a patch to fix the admin sales report in OpenCart 0.7.7.

I have posted it here so that people can try it out before (perhaps) loading it to the contributions section.

It fixes...
  - sql errors when applying the filters
  - navigation errors when changing the page
  - date range selection ignored values falling on the end date
  - a lonely in the template, now removed

Changed files

You can simply drag the admin folder into the top folder of your web store. The files contained within the supplied folders are replacements for files of the same name. However, I always recommend making a backup before applying any changes.

For completeness and for those who would prefer to deploy each file individually, the files are listed below.

admin\template\default\content\report_sale.tpl
