Hi,
I went to install the upgrade released today and got this on the upgrade page;

Version is lower than the current version!

Hi,
I did the suggested code change and upgrade worked fine, thanks.
I am being a bit of a pain to you recently, I really do appreciate your pointers and assistance.
I help a non-profit charitable group for free, so doing it myself is the best option. I learn as well, bonus!

Actually, the upgrade seemed to work okay, told me it was done and (when I went to the dashboard) told me to delete the install folder, which I did. However, the upgrade page has not changed - says I have V4.0.2.1 and I am able to upgrade again, and the footer still says 4.0.2.1.
I do not have a cache running, and my server does not have a cache.
Any easy way to ensure it has actually updated?
Any ideas why the v number has not changed?

The v number won't change unless you upload fresh files of OC v4.x releases. Then, upgrade the database afterwards by running the upgrade wizard.

The version number in the footer should change when you refresh or go to another page. Try checking both your PHP and OpenCart error logs.

Try to use my Upgrade Fix - https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=45216
Thanks a lot. I have no idea why they never fixed this issue, I never got it working in opencart 3.x.x

That's really odd that quantity and delays in interval can fix this issue for some reason all of a sudden... :ponder:
