Hello, I'm having trouble receiving an email once a new order is placed, and to find out what the order is, I have to enter into the admin panel every time, which wastes time and keeps me from knowing if I have a new order. I tested as a customer and received a notification for an accepted order as well as the order being processed and all others, I also tested from the admin whether I will receive an email for a new user and it works, in general all notifications work only the notification for a new order does not work
Currently my Version is 3.0.2.0

Since the problem seems to be isolated to new order alert email and not related to SMTP configuration, I would recommend considering a clean installation of Opencart 3.0.3.8

Check that Alert Mail has Orders checked in your settings. Check the mail_order_alert Event in enabled.
