Hello everyone!

I'm using OpenCart 4.0.1.1 with SEO-friendly URL's enabled.

I am looking to integrate OpenCart with another system that historically uses ISO 3166-1 code without the country code. So for localization, the name of the locale there is 'en' rather than 'en-gb'.

Let's say I have a category: http://localhost:8027/en-gb/catalog/STL-Prints and I want the URL to look like this, without the country code: http://localhost:8027/en/catalog/STL-Prints

Creating a language "en" and copy-pasting language directories `en-gb` -> `en` did not result in the new locale being available.

How would I go about configuring this?
