Hello,
I have just came across a problem where when I would like to edit an order in the administration I get the "Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity" error.
The order I would like to edit is the one the bought the last product on stock and now prevents further editing.
Is there any way to get around this?
My OpenCart version is 3.0.3.8.
This might happen because when you try to edit the order at the time product present in that order has a quantity out of stock. It is the default behavior of OpenCart.
As Cue4cheap suggested, just add the product quantity and edit the order. You are good to go.

I understand that I can just add the products and fix the problem. But isn't this an error, I should be able to edit the order details even if the product is out of stock? The thing here is that I don't want to touch the quantity, just add a coupon.
Been discussed a few times. One thread that has a "solution": viewtopic.php?t=157245&start=20

A few issues on GitHub about this. Apparently you are meant to cancel the order before editing it.
