Text option is different in OC4
Option name font is small and grey - must be normal and black
Option text in box is normal and black - must be small and grey
(in OC3 this was the other way around)
Also required function work wrong - it not demand user put anything into box
and just put Option text in box is normal and black.

Clouds are up.
Sky is blue.
Yellow is a color of a flower.

Here is required option - so, client must write his specification
and it was working in OC3
but now, client can add product without own added text.

I know this might be obvious to you, but it is not obvious to us if you have doubled checked that you have this option set as required in admin ?

Be aware that OC4 is not suitable / ready for production sites and you should go back to OC3 until further notice

Yes, there is small red star about it.
here is working example in OC3,
how it must be: customer cannot add product whout necessary info about product

Please, try.

Thank you - I understand required and that should throw up an error
I have checked on OC4.0.0.0 it and it works (well not Safari browsers, but as I said - This is not suitable for production sites)

What is not clear is -
1. Are you sure you set it to required in admin ?
2. What is the OC version in 4 digits ?

I appreciate language is an issue, so please answer ONLY the two questions asked.
Or if you prefer : A screenshot of the options of that specific product (OC4) which includes the OC version at the bottom
