Hi,
we're using hitpay as payment method and two customers reported that their purchase and payment went through but the website still says payment failed or their products was still in the cart.
we check the hitpay logs and notice these two orders has status of succeeded but the other orders with no issues has status of completed instead.
and no related errors in the log of opencart.
will appreciate any help thank you.

More information would be useful. What version of OpenCart? What version of PHP? What theme? What payment extension?

Have you contacted your payment provider? Have you contacted the payment extension developer?

Have you checked the server/PHP error log (not the OpenCart one)?

Are the order statuses you refer to OpenCart ones and if so how have you configured your order statuses in the settings.
