I have an opencart 2.3.0.2 with Journal 3 as the theme.
Everything is going well except the part of placing the order. When you press to place the order, it takes about 20 seconds until it is successful.
I converted the database and added indexes.
We use Litespeed cache on server, and no resources issue.
I even activated redis cache. but we don't find a solution there..
Any idea is helpful. thx

Since you are using the Journal3 framework (which isn't of best quality to start with), instead of OpenCart, you may have to contact the Journal3 support for this. Journal3 uses its own checkout.
