[SOLVED]No Payments Tab found

Hello,
I am using OC version 4.0.1.1, and running PHP8.1.
How come my admin site doesn't have "Payments" tab under Extensions? It is suppose to be like this: Extensions>Extensions>Payments.

Please advise. Thanks in advance!

I checked the OC demo admin, it is same no Payment tab under Extensions menu.
