[How to make opencart auto detect GEO location and set language to it?]

I have 2 languages on my store dutch and english and i need to make it auto load dutch if the user is located in the netherlands or belgium .
how do i do this? i already downlaoded dutch langauge packages and set it up but i dont think opencart auto detects users location?
