I am trying to make the image thats directly under under the 'contact us / our location' text larger, but cant find where to do this please. I have a QR code i wish to add there.....

admin -> Extensions -> Extensions -> themes -> your store presumably default -> scroll to the bottom -> Store Image Size (W x H)
This is 300px x 300px
It is responsive but also limited by the container width (25% desktop / 100% mobile) - you would need to edit the twig file for that.

col-sm-4 or whatever
just make sure the total row adds up to a dozen (12) (you can remove one say the last one and make each one 4 i.e. @33.33%)
and move the last column into a new row underneath ?
