Install was OK, but I can't open my admin panel

The install was running well.
Then I choosed to go to my admin panel.
The login looks not good. After I loged in I become this:

Who can help me?

If is 4.0.1.1, then replace with 4.0.2.0 from github

I have exact the same problem with v4.0.1.1 + PHP8+
Replaced it with v4.0.2.0 and still have this issue
Refreshed different browsers, still no go

Don't use 4.0.2.0 from github. It's still being worked on and will likely have bugs.

In general, just use 3.0.3.8. OpenCart 4.0 still has issues and isn't recommended for live stores.
