Auto Install will not work opencart 4.0.1.1

I am using 4.0.1.1 installed on AWS EC2 linux instance installed many times even tried older versions, the results are always the same after installation EXACTLY as the INSTALL.md dictates, php82, mysql, httpd, permissions etc, etc all done according to instructions. When I go to the website is is supposed to run the installer, instead I just get the Apache Test page.

That's a problem with your Apache configuration or just simply not the right location of your uploaded files.

Use the 3.0.x.x_Maintenance branch for a stable release with PHP 8.2 support.

I tried updating my 3.0.3.5 with this version by following the https://docs.opencart.com/upgrading/ after uploading all the files when visit the /install
it got stuck and no update happened. In the developer console was error related to JQuery version 2 etc.

Opencart v.4.x is still in a developing stage, you should not use it at this time.

What do you mean by it got stuck? Exactly what errors did you see? Did you check both the PHP and OpenCart error logs?

White Blank Screen. Nothing is in the error_logs,
Only in developer console error related to JQuery2.0.

I have deleted the directory and will try updating again and share the results with you guys.
