Email notification deactivate on manual order insert

Hi!
I need advice. I am running 3.08. on php8 production system.
I would like to also handle and follow up on orders made outside the opencart store. Thats why I would like to manually insert orders into the sales backend.
But… i dont want these customers to get the order confirmation emails etc. i just want to have my order follow up there.

Is there an extension or an easy way to deactivate the order placed notification- only when I insert the order manually?

Because: that customer may find the store and wants to order online also - so i cant just switch off all emails for that customer group.

I just dont want it on manual entering an order.
