Emails not being sent

I'm using the Cash With Order Payment method. No emails are getting sent after order is completed.
If I go into orders, it says that customer not notified.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

OC version 3.0.3.8

Well there is no such payment method built-in? So have you made a mistake with the name or is it from a third party?
