I have Opencart 3.0.3.6 store with Journal 3 theme installed. Many products have discount if customer buy in certain quantity. This discount is visible on the product page when customer click on the product on the home page and load the product page. I want to show quantity discount on the home page like the image I attached. Can anyone help me with this please?

What it states on your first post is that you are using Opencart with Journal installed . Also, by the looks of it, the Journal3 framework probably uses its own template files for listing products, such as product_cart.twig, hence this appears to require a modification of your Journal3 framework. You could find a professional developer on the commercial support section of this forum.
Or you could switch to the standard OpenCart framework, with a standard-compliant web theme, then it would become matter of modifying e.g. the catalog/view/theme/*/product/category.twig. along with its corresponding controller, to add the quantity discounts for the product entries.
