Hi Everyone

Like i mentioned above we use oc version 3.0.3.8 and we sell our products on our website, problem is whenever customer goes through checkout steps (address selection, credit cart info, etc.) they are keep getting logged out of their account, we believe it has something to do with session.
Do you have any idea where the problem might be? we are unable to sell any products as of this moment and it is so frustating :'(
i would also like to mention that we are using custom multi-step checkout extension which we developed on our own but i dont think that's the source of the problem.

Thanks in advance for your helps

One of the first questions would be what happens with the default checkout?

Hi johnp, thanks for your answer
we didn't use the default checkout because it didn't suit our needs in the first place, btw it is not just checkout steps where users would log out, it happens in other pages too (add new address, edit my account, etc.)

Hi straightlight, thanks for your answer

could you be more specific about the "error logs"?
Do you want us to check the error log? if so we already did that and couldn't find anything useful

You must have looked in the wrong place. The error logs are located on your file server normally under the name of: error_log in your root opencart folder or in your root domain under: logs (if using cpanel).

Also, a number of 3rd party one-page checkout extensions are buggy, such as the one from the Journal3 framework. That's why it would make sense to first test it with the standard OpenCart checkout sequence, too see whether this error then still is there or not. And if it is, then it's likely to be a session issue.
