I'm really new to OpenCart so please forgive me if I don't do this correctly.
OC Version: 1.5.6.1
Link to site: https://trueblissbaby.com/
Theme: I'm not sure how to check
Modules: I'm not sure how to check
I just logged into a site that has been set up for some time. I looked at a couple things, I didn't make any changes, and now the site is a blank white page. The error log says this now:
2019-02-16 18:11:02 - PHP Notice: Error: Could not load controller common/content_bottom! in /home/truebli2/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 47
I did a search to see if I could figure out how to fix it but when I go into System - Settings - Edit - I also get a white page. I can't get any further than the Settings screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm freaking out here. Thank you so much!
Well, I don't see any errors, when checking your Site, at least not in the Front Section.
But there are a few Misses, especially, when it comes to Links, as shown below, you have
quite many so-called 'white-space Gaps' in your Linkings, which is not according HTML Specs.
as well as Links, leading to nowhere, like this:
But generally spoken, it would be about time, to move on the a 'responsive' Theme, in order to be visible in Mobile Phones with different resolutions. It would therefore be wasted time, to bother much about getting those minor misses fixed. And by moving up, you should also update your 1.5.6.1 OC Version to 1.5.6.4 or even 1.5.6.5_rc, in order to get some 'technical' misses fixed as well, still existing in 1.5.6.1 Versions.

Check your error / server access logs regarding the settings page.I did a search to see if I could figure out how to fix it but when I go into System - Settings - Edit - I also get a white page. I can't get any further than the Settings screen.

Blank White Screen may show in following cases.
1) Path mis-configuration in config files
2) MySql User password changed/removed
3) Template folder removed/renamed
4) vQmod Error
I had unique issue on my own website, then i figured out some of these cases.
Thanks,

Blank pages shows because the display error messages are disabled on your server.websolink wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 6:50 pmBlank White Screen may show in following cases.
