Error logs?
but as a guess of what may be wrong - what are your System Settings ?
Have you checked that resister and new orders is to be sent?
If so another quick check would be to add a ‘reputable’ additional email (reputable like one that you can check it is not being refused / spam etc - i.e. not gmail)

sistem herhangibir hata vermemekte.
sistem üzerinden yeni bir sipariş geçildiğinde admin mail adresine düşmesini istiyorum
ilava mail adresi olarak 2 farklı mail adresi yazdım

You need to check with your server logs - this will probably help.

Order statuses are sent to customer not admin
New order alert is sent to admin
the noreply@store email is noreply so presumably unmanned
I have told you to add an additional email alert into settings - you have said you have and tested and that is still not being received by admin
Without error logs it is a needle in a haystack - but I am guessing that the issue is with your service provider - I am also guessing that since this worked previously and not now - if you have not added any modules or extensions - and not made any edits - then something your service provider has done
Other than adding in an additional email alert into settings - not much else that can be offered without error logs
UPDATED : Has anyone been able to maybe disable the admin emails in extensions => events ?
