Anyone has done this before can please share some tips.
I'm used to cpanel migration procedure which need to backup and restore files and db.
When came to AWS, I'm totally lost. Where to restore files and create db.

Here is a tutorial How to install Opencart on AWS
Hope anyone can share something like this.

It might be easier to install an export extension on your current site and export your data to a clean install on a different host. Preferably one with Cpanel or similar.

It's not the lack of experience on this topic, it's the lack of information. OC version. However, you would need an API to accomplish this. Therefore, I would suggest looking on the Marketplace for an AWS extension.
