Additional installed language is not SEO friendly

Hi. I'm confused a little bit ... after installing an additional language (Estonian) in OC 4.0.1.1 and enabling from Admin panel - Use SEO URLs, my secondary language ( estonian ) is not SEO friendly. English, same time, SEO friendly. Here is example : in Estonian - https://mepp.ee/puidust?route=product/c ... uage=et-ee and same in English - https://mepp.ee/en-gb/catalog/wood-holders . You can see it in https://mepp.ee/. What I'm doing wrong ? Thank you.

Nise .. I've already got installed 4.0.x.x and bought the language package also .. which you can not use in previous versions...
