Error uploading product photo in admin panel

I am using version 4.0.1.1 in opencart admin panel, I get the following error when uploading products to my site.

I am sure when you try another image, it will work.
If so, then this image is corrupt.
If not, please come back to this forum.

btw: using OC 4.0.1.1 - when used as a live shop - is not a very good idea, because thhis version has - currently - too many bugs.

This error is not related to the picture. When I click the add picture button, the window that should be opened does not open.

Fix you corrupted images or switch off displaying of errors.
