Where can I find "My Account" in Opencart?

It looks like you are using the Journal3 framework instead of a proper OpenCart. Therefore you should contact the Journal support.

In a standard OpenCart admin backend, you can access a customer account details at Customers > Customers, and on the frontend at My Account > Login.
