I want to separate the price of the product from the price of the option like
Unit price for orignal price product and total
Unit price for option price and total
Total products
Total option
Total for all products and option and such as shipping or others
And all this show in
Cart
Checkout
Order invoice
If there is an extesion to the idea oc3.0.3.8

You need to add Option Price column to products table as well as order total with Options Total. I doubt there's an extension for this so you need to create a request in Commercial Support section.
