Regarding your storage at the moment the Disk Usage 11.39 GB / 14.65 GB (77.77%) if you wish you can clear up some storage -by removing the error_log, some old backups and plugins that you no longer use. i have two sites, store one that people browse and purchase and the other one, store 2 is where checkout happens.. the checkout site is working but the front facing store is not, i cant even access the OC admin, i raised a ticket with TSO host but they are not very helpful anymore, they removed telephone support and are supposed to have a live chat but it is always disabled, its taken two days to get a reply to my ticket, the disk is also getting filled rapidly, it says it is in publichtml but i have checked it in there is nothing in there to suggest its that which is filled. This could be the issue. That domain is not pointing to anywhere. Looks like you nameservers are set to Cloudflare for that domain. So you would need to configure in it your Cloudflare account.

Errmm..i dont have a cloudflare account to my knowledge

Seems to have a A record set to the IP address. If you use an online DNS checker that does not show. Maybe your domain is not using the correct nameservers.
Is it easily fixed.?
