Hello and yes - we are still using Opencart 2.1.0.1!
(We only need to see two items...)
No updates to the site in a long long time but now when we go to the Payment section of Checkout I see
'Warning: No payment options are available. Please contact us for assistance.'

In OpenCart Admin I do have Paypal Payments Standard Enabled.

Thanks for any assistance.

Have you asked you host if they have changed anything, such as the PHP version? Any errors in the PHP or OpenCart error logs? What theme and extensions are you using?

Hello,
thanks for your reply.
I am using php v. 7.4.28
I am using the default template.
I am double checking that the client has not changed his email details.
We have no extensions except for PayPal since we only carry two items in the store.
There is nothing suspicious in any of the error logs
I changed the payment email to my own paypal email address and still 'No Payment Options are available' message...

Try checking and re-saving your payment and geo zones settings. Try testing a different payment extension, such as cash of delivery.

I have checked our geo-location and made a minor update.
I have tried adding Cash on Delivery - still no change.
Since I only have two products, perhaps I should update OpenCart? I haven't worked with it directly for years now, kind of scares me to do an upgrade..
Nothing about the store appears to be broken except the 'No Payment Options are selected..' message.

Well, to avoid possible Problems, you could at least try to update to one of the latest OC v.2.3.0.2 Versions, found here on the frontpage of my Github Repositories. One of them already handles PHP v.8.x and the other One still uses up to the latest v.7.4.x Version. And if you run into Problems, CONDOR2 (xxvirusxx on this Forum) could sure be of help.
Good Luck !

Have you tried switching to a lower PHP version to test in that could be the issue?
