v3.0.3.7 Tutorial template creation

i'm looking for a How To develop custom template.
What i have found is this tutorial, but it doesn't match my folder structure. E.g. in my structure there is no: Also the provided structure of the official docu about module developement does not match my structure...

Did you download OpenCart from github? Your folder structure looks like you did.

If so, you probably downloaded the 4.0 beta, which is not ready for release. Use the Resources > Download link at the top of the page to redownload the latest version (3.0.3.8 ).
