I no longer have access to admin after the update from 30.37 to OpenCart 3.0.3.8
This error occurs:
Notice: Undefined property: Proxy::getTotalQuantity in /home/..../ocartdata/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php on line 79
the code from action.php on line 79 looks like this:

My Website system configuration:
-installed version OpenCart 3.0.3.8 from 3.0.3.7
-PHP 7.3 (ea-php73)
-Theme:default

Delete manually ocmod cache then try to login.
Also make sure you have moved all storage content from 3.0.3.8 in same location as 3.0.3.7.

now I noticed another problem if I go into OCMOD Changes and I do refresh, it appears as at the beginning, is it possible to be from the installed extensions ?
or switch to a higher version of php?

I solved the error is from extension "Order / Product / Return / Review Dashboard Notification"
I uninstalled and then installed extension and now the main page works ...
Can be solved with the solution from xxvirusxx
