Let me explain I have Opencart 3.0.3.2 my website loveandrollshop.com
I have a physical point of sale that uses a program called sysme tpvhttps://www.sysme.net/en/
This is connected through a module to the database and is responsible for uploading products, photos, stock, options etc ...
The problem comes as commented in the forum topic when a customer adds a product to the cart and leaves it there for a while or even at the same time it is sold at the physical point this deletes the selected option but Opencart allows you to continue with the purchase and finalize it.
would you be willing to give me a hand?
If so, can you tell me an approximate cost of service?

As far as I know, the issue in the topic you link to has been resolved in opencart.
The problem is more than likely to be with the way your sysme.net integration handles the database.
Have you tried contacting the developers of that module about this issue?
