Missing (randomly) products from (random)orders

Hi everybody,
I'm facing a strange behaviour on my OpenCart shop.

On some orders there are products that are not beeing registered to the the order not in admin side, not on customer email, and nor in admin email. Eg. the customer is adding 6 products into the basket and check-out. on the order there are only 5 items listed, and so are in the confirmation emails (both customer and admin). The missing product is not to be found anyware.
I can't isolate a rule because all the situations ware different. Sometimes the product/products dissapers from a 15 item order, other times from smaller order (5 items), not related to the customer (if he is logged in or not), if the products are at sale or with regural price, etc. Nothing was linear in this metter, and iI haven't got a single toutching point for those random dissapeared items.

I'm using Opencart 3.0.3.7 with Journal3 theme and some plugins (buy more save more, xshipping pro, GDPR from isenslabs, etc)
All the products are simple (without attributes or options)

Has anyone face such situation? Thank in advance for any thoughts in this matter.

Contact each extension developers to resolve those issues.

And don't use Journals one-page checkout. Even better, don't use Journal at all.
