Okay,
I'm trying to integrate Trustpilot into my site. I know that they have a free extension for OC, but it's only compatible with OC2 and above and I'm running 1.5.6.4.
Basically all I would like to do is send a BCC email to Trustpilot when the customers order is marked as shipped and NOT before. That's it.
Is there a simple way of doing this?

I just thought there might be a simple line of code I could add to a specific php file to achieve this?straightlight wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 12:18 amContact the extension developer to resolve this issue.
The most specific as it can get is to get in touch with the developer of that extension.mxmark wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 2:45 amI just thought there might be a simple line of code I could add to a specific php file to achieve this?straightlight wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 12:18 amContact the extension developer to resolve this issue.

That's no problem. If the extension is under license, you can either look in your Marketplace account > orders who manages that specific extension or you could always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this resolved as a custom job.
