How to Install a Module?

Im new here,

Just want to inquire how to install a module?

Would anyone have the steps needed to install a module.

I am looking to install A module to show adsense ads.

Every module I've downloaded so far has a readme file in it that explains everything neccessary to install them. Just have to do some reading. It's quite easy.
