Blank account/login and account/register page

My account/login and account/register pages suddenly are blank.
Everything else is working as expected

OC version is 3.0.3.3

Errors from access_ssl_log file:

the error_log file from OC and server are empty.

Access log is showing a 500. You need to check your PHP server error log or contact your web host for assistance with getting that log.

You need to add the '/var/www/vhosts/hosting126888.a2feb.netcup.net/winzerliebeStorage/' to the allowed paths for PHP to be able to read from. And verify that this directory does even exist at all.

open_basedir is a php.ini setting limiting the files php can open to certain paths.
Hence either set the correct paths there or do not define it.
