Demo - product images not loading

Hi guys, hope you are all okay.

I've just installed the version "Version 3.0.3.6", using XAMPP version "3.2.4" and the images are just not loading at all. Please find below the error from the console:

The folder does exist however definitely no images there at all under the demo folder. Please any clues why the images were not moved to the cache folder? Any inputs are welcome. Thanks!

@straightlight, thanks for your inputs so far.

I've followed all I found on that post, but the same issue again. I'm not sure what is the meaning of both instructions below, as I haven't changed it at all (even don't know where to do it).

Please, if anyone has anything else in mind that I could try it will be really welcome.

- Go back to the OC admin, the Modal Security window should display again.
- Do NOT choose automatic settings but choose: manual.
