I downloaded electromo theme for free. but css not working properly. done changes in code as I got in search results. anyone can help me?

Well, you probably downloaded this Theme somewhere for free, but
it's still a paid Extension, from the legal point of view.

This is not an OpenCart bug. Rather, it's a rubbish web theme, they can't even get their demo page right when you use a web browser when a normal adblocker enabled! And it's not a free web theme! Most web themes are not worth their money.
